Just got a new Ipod. What are the must have accessories for this thing? I was thinking about the Itrip or something like it, its just that the audio quality sucks when you do that. Also, can anyone suggest some good headphones that will stay in me ear while working out? Price really isn't an issue, just something that will stay in.

I need to find an FM transmitter/charger that is one in the same. All I've seen is the monster cable one, and that's 80 bucks.

if your car has a cassette adaptorits much better than an fm modulator (at least in my mind)

I'm debating if I should return my Video Ipod for a Nano since they Nike makes that sleeve for working out. There just isn't much for the full size version if anything. Problem is I'm not sure if I can get it returned sinced it was engraved

I don't have an iPod, but my bro got me a pair of Shure e4c headphones to use with my PSP. I never thought earbuds would be worth $180 (yes, you can get them online for $180 - check cNet), but these things are fucking sweet. The bass response is great and you can't hear a damn thing outside when they're in.

How well do they stay in?
12/26/2005 12:21:46 PM
they stay in like glue...the e4c have about 10 different styles of caps for the buds, so you can size them for fit and comfort

you don't want to spend 180 on your gym earbudstrust me

I picked up some sony ones the wrap around the ear. They stayed in ok. Just gotta find an armband for a fullsize Ipod for squat days and dl days

ah, I missed that part about the phones neing for workouts. I'd have to agree that you wouldn't want to use the Shure's for workouts...I'd be worried about damaging the drivers inside. However, I have gotten good use out of my sony over the ear type phones - got them for about 20 bucks at Best Buy a couple of years ago...however, get the Shure's for any other time

I ordered the Kensington FM transmitter off the rec's here and reviews elsewhere. Found it for 45 dollars after rebate on Amazon, should anyone else want to get one.
