So, trying to hook it up so I can webcam chat with my sister and family...

My dads computer seems to work fine as far as sound goes but when people talk to me, it all breaks up and is choppy and sometimes hard to udnerstand... whats the problem here?

yeah, they do. My parents and my sister both have good sound connections, - I just don't.
