I'm looking for a good vet out here for my pup. Those of you from the area...any suggestions?

Dr. Dowty, mobile vet. He's done two or three surgeries for our cats and he is nice, does a great job.

Dr. Grossman in Manteo, he's so nice and he saved my puppy's life when he got hit by a truck

I hear the vet in Martin's Point is good. That's were my fiance's family takes their pets.

^I've heard that Martin's Point Vet. Hospital is good, too. I like Dr. Dowty because you can set up a time where they'll come to your house to do the checkup, shots, surgery, etc. It's probably easier on the pet since there isn't the smell of other animals everywhere.

That's Nags Head Animal Hospital, we used to go there when Dowty worked there. Good people too.

just north of kittyhawk on Highway 158 , in Grandy NC theres a really good vet near the dollar general
