It won't be the first time. We have -RAPL (Light Rain and Ice Pellets) in Greensboro last week and it was 42 degrees!!!! Which pretty much means there was a below freezing layer that the rain fell through. Also, there was freezing rain last Friday. Wintar weathar is here!!!1!!
