Is there any way to completely remove Outlook Express, MSN Games, and other programs bundled with Windows XP. Add/Remove Programs does not completely remove these programs. And when i go to "Program Files" and try to manually delete the program's folders, it says that I cant. Any suggestions?

nLite sucks hardcore ass.It ruins the fuck out of windows if you strip everything out. Try it yourself, the system benchmarks better with all the stuff left in and removed the "Microsoft" way.

^^^ that is the most unfounded statement I've seen you make in a long time. I have an nlite iso I use and update in my department and things are noticably faster than the vanilla xp pro install from dell. I stripped out a lot of unncessary services, security risks, UI addons, etc and the system is noticably faster than out of the box. show me proof of your claims and I'll admit I'm wrong as I haven't benched anything other than perception wise
