My friend is having a problem with being able to type letters on her keyboard

She says that unless she hold down some key, the letters she tries to type show up as numbers on screen

its not a number lock issue or anything, someone help this woman

it's the function key.




but i don't remember how to turn it off. maybe hit fcn like 5 times really fast.

yeah, that's like fn numlock or something. on Dells it's fn + f11
