i have already gotten my pic taken at kinko's, but didnt know where the nearest office was to get the passport made, and needed to know what all information i would need to bring, is it something that i can do in one visit then have it sent off?

go to the post office across from the harris teeter on oberlin.

bring a few forms of id, and know your parents birth place.

may need a birth certificate, i dont remember.

you could probably call them and make sure all you need.

You do need a birth certificate and it has to be an original or a notarized copy (stamped with a seal or signed).

-Check whether you need an appointment at the office you want to go to.
-The main form you need can be filled out online and printed to save time.
-Original Birth Certificate (or certified copy), Driver's License, Photos.
