what program will do that? i'm not having any luck with google...

IIRC you can convert it to an mpeg in the ATI software. I hate ATI's .vcr for this reason, that's why I record everything to .avi.

i can't in my ati library thing...and i'm not finding any updates for it...

I know I have done it before, but even after the conversion, there were audio sync issues.
