okay, question...is there any software that will allow you to set up a folder on your web server as a virtual drive (that would be visible in my computer)? yes, i realize that this is kind of stupid (considering all you'd be doing is ftp'ing it to your server, but i was trying to think of a solution that would make it VERY user friendly (for those that are terrified of anything other than m$ word)

i know this won't get many responses, but it was worth a shot...thanks!

if you're just going to use FTP, get the ftp link (aka ftp://ftp.website.com/whatever/) and create a shortcut in windows pointing to the FTP link. You could then make the icon a normal folder and put it wherever.

You could also try to map a network drive using windows filesharing/samba.
