Anyone else got this yet? The graphics are less than to be desired but the story and combat engine are pretty damn cool.

Your thoughts?

They need to make that MMORPG of the matrix they keep talking about, that could have a lot of potential

however, i did a search for Matrix and The Path of Neo and that thread didnt show up

They already made the matrix mmo. Wasn't really all that good from what i've heard and seen.

One of the best ones of the later years is when Rachel and Ross debate who came onto who when they conceived their baby. The part where they finally pop the video tape in is hilarious.

If you played anything other than the PC version, it was buggy as hell . PC version was fun, that helicopter boss on hard mode was a bitch.

Terrible game, it was such a massive let down. The game is stupidly buggy and the graphics look at least 2-3 years old. The game was specifically made for consoles and does not work well on a keyboard/mouse combo... some sections still refer to PS2 control buttons. The only reason I played through it was to see the "special ending" which followed suit with the rest of the game and was a let down.

Note, this is just regarding the PC version; I am not sure if the console versions are the same.

i think it is

yes the graphics are not great, but the fighting is fun (xbox only)-i can imagine how shitty this would be on the PC)

I agree that movies based on games suck too. But can you name any decent games that were based on movies? 'cause I'm drawing a total blank here. The only ones I can think of would be some of the Star Wars games (X-Wing, TIE Fighter, Dark Forces, Jedi Knight, KOTOR...), but the good ones didn't have anything to do with the movies, they were just based in that realm.

all the LOTR games were good

i enjoyed Xmen Legends if you count that (hey the movie spawned the game anyway and many others)

King Kong for Xbox 360 is pretty sweet

Ehhh....the thing with LOTR or X-Men is that they're drawing from source material that predates the movies by over 30 years (haven't played any of the recent LOTR games, but I had both the old Interplay RPGs in the early '90s).
