i almost killed a chick once in a kind of similar situation

i ate a bunch of pistachios and we made out, about 5 mins later she puffed up and started choking and i had to rush her to the georgetown ER

funny thing was i had brushed my teeth and used mouthwash before going over to her place, but after a few mins of foreplay she was like, OMG did you eat peanut butter?

doctor said she was lucky i brushed so well otherwise she might have died

people with peanut allergies usually know. It is real bad in some situations. Here in town there are kids who cant eat with the regular kids due to the fact that someone with a peanut butter sandwhich in the room can cause a reaction. Other issues are like peanut oil, which is used at Chick-fil-a

I've survived 21 years so far. Been to the hospital 3 times for it though.

The weird thing is you just don't up and die. If you take some benedryl it can buy you some time to get to the emergency room. I've had to wait up to 1.5 hours before I actually got to the emergency room before, and I ended up ok. Also, you usually feel a bit of burning to begin with so you know to stop eating/kissing. That's really odd that it would've killed her just like that- I've never heard of one THAT severe.

That really makes me wonder. Plus, she died a WEEK later. I've always been fine the same night- they give you epinepherine (sp?), keep you overnight, all is well.
