I am starting to look for a new daily driver, want to keep the SE-R as a weekend/track car.so I need something that I can drive to and from school/works and at the same time to tow my car if needed.I was thinking about a Z71 but with gas prices I may end up with something like a v6 tacoma. Not trying to spend more than 15kLet me know what you guys think....

I would think that if the car can be driven on the weekends, it's still streetable, and does not need to be towed, am I wrong?15k is quite a bit of money to spend on a tow vehicle (and it will cost you extra in maintenance, insurance, and will probably depreciate, not to mention use more gas, etc.) than a car. If you care about performance, $15k should be able to afford you a far better dual purpose car, if your SE-R is not stripped/gutted, caged, etc. like an M3.Ahmet

I was going to eventually strip and cage the car though....but I do see your point Ahmetso thats why I was thinking of a truck, such as a newer tacoma like nicks

why dont you dd the se-r and find another track car, but get one that is still semi-streetable and will get you to/from the track.
