Has anyone ever taken this course before? How strict is he on grading the portfolios, especially if you never handed in a rough draft copy? One of the assigments is to write an outline and script for a documentary, promotional or educational video, does anyone have examples of this or know what he looks for specifically on that? Thanks so much!

I got an A in there, but I turned in all of my rough drafts, and every time he had a correction, I'd turn it back in to make surewith my promotional/educational video I like made up an exercise tape that came with one of those bouncy balls... it was pretty simple

yeah, do that^^, you'll get an A, I did as well. I had a great time in his class. I love his sarcasm. I don't like writing, but I enjoyed it.

Elderkin is great. He's experienced and knows his stuff. He tries at being funny, which is something. He's not boring, that is for certain. But, sometimes I think he goes for the easy joke. He's not difficult if you do the work. He showed me that I could do it and I could be successful at it as long as I was willing to put in the work. That is the major lesson of this class. Also, I think I've spotted him in a recent Roadrunner commercial, as an evil computer genius in a basement. Looks a lot like him.
