just curious...

previous months, say my power usage was $25, the fuel surcharge was an additional $25.

last month, my power usage was $26 and my fuel surcharge was $41.

my power comes from a natural gas power plant.

post your breakdown and what the source of your power is. (just curious about how things are in other areas of the country and the differences between nuclear, coal, nat gas, etc).
