Isn't there a way to find out who a vehicle is registered to based on their license plate number? One of my neighbors left his keys in his car door and I'd like to return them but don't know where he lives.

If you have his keys you could always try to find his registration in his glove box

used to do it but they changed it so it doesnt cross-reference the same.
