Any suggestions on the best way to give notice to a boss? I am an intern at a corporate office and I got a job offer at a more well known company to do the same thing. What's the best way to let my current boss know without burning bridges there?

Leave a letter of resignation on his/her desk. It will be in writing and it will be professional.

Giving a few weeks notice is also a polite way to do it as well. Tell them that you enjoyed working for whatever company, but you had an offer you couldn't refuse

I'd write this letter FOR you... for a fee

Just give two weeks' written notice. Here's what my two weeks' notice looked like when I quit:<Your name><Your address line 1><City, state, zip><Date of letter><Supervisor's full name here>East Village Grill and Bar1 Dixie TrailRaleigh, NC 27607Dear <Supervisor's name here>:Effective two weeks from the date of this letter, I resign my position as <Position here>.Sincerely,<Signature here><Typed name here>Cc: None___________________I'm sure TWW will butcher the formatting I had - if you want me to e-mail you the actual Word document just PM me.
