11/17/2005 2:25:19 PM
Interesting... sounds nice, but looks like the speed of a fast go kart...... there is one scene at the end with this old lady walking across the street and they almost hit her
11/17/2005 3:24:41 PM
I dont see what's so great about it other than it giving a very nice tour of Paris I'm keeping it just because of thatDefinitely needs more front tire grip Do you know what theyre driving?

11/18/2005 2:50:48 AM
Come on guys, we know he wasn't going 140 MPH around those corners. Only the most retarted person in the world would post a pic and actually believe that he's going 140 MPH around those corners...... oh, that would be me, hehe [/self-flame ... and sarcasm]
11/18/2005 9:18:51 AM
I have seen this one before but this is a much better print. Thanks for posting it.here's another piece of trivia.Almost everyone knows that the director of "The French Connection" shot the chase scenewith no permits and that Hackman did some of his own driving, but they also filmed onehigh speed run using the same stunt driver (Bill Hickman) who drove the charger for "Bullit".They pretty much mounted a camera on the car, set up the other cameras and drove flat out.
11/18/2005 9:39:34 AM
It's amazing how empty the streets were, especially for a city like Paris. That could never be done today with all the traffic and such
11/19/2005 1:47:04 PM
^ that was probably filmed at like 6AM.
11/19/2005 1:58:37 PM
thats a picture of the long street he was on before the Arc, i took it from on top of the Arcnow it has le defense at the end of it (huge square thing)
11/19/2005 4:48:20 PM
