for the life of me, I don't know why IT recruiters focus on CSC majors. We have a business MIS discipline that would be better suited for IT.

^I find it a tad difficult to believe they couldn't find the room ... who was their point of contact on campus? Maugan, I've seen this trend a bit ... hiring people who can do both desktop support type stuff and small/quick in-house applications. Could be CSC or BIT (business info tech), depending on the need.

ahh yes, we've had quite a few "in house" solutions made for our company.except we don't call them "in house" anymore, we call them "unsupported, outdated, buggy, and version 1"
