I am having an issue with JRE causing my whole screen to "blur" whenever it is in use. For example, I load a webpage that uses Java and everything becomes slightly blurred/fuzzy. Once I close my browser, display becomes sharp/clear again.I only seem to have this problem on format+reinstallation every now and then. Please inform me what is going on.

sounds like crosstalk between the Java Processing Unit and the Screen Blur Processing Unit on the Auxiliary Buspull a couple pins out of the CPU with a pair of plyers, and then try it again

Mofo: i had this EXACT issue with my computer too and it went away at some point and i'm not 100% sure what it was but i can give you some things to try that i have an educated guess about after you tell me/us a few things:1) is your graphics card made by nVIDIA?2) what Java version are you using?

More info:1) is your graphics card made by nVIDIA?if it is, try updating to the latest drivers from http://www.nvidia.com --> one driver fits all and you can install it over top of what you currently have (you may need to update those)2) what Java version are you using?go to Start, Control Panel, and click the Java icon. your Java version should be 1.5.0_05. if it's not, uninstall the one you have and go to http://java.sun.com3) after all that if you still have problems, go into your graphics options and make sure the "Global Video Settings" do not have Antialiasing or Anisotropic filtering enabled. it seems some graphics drivers treat java programs as "video games" and try to antialias or filter them.
