I'm looking to get my windows tinted. Can anyone do it for cheap?..or is it a bad idea to get it done unprofessionally?

There are many many threads here concerning window tint- please search before making another. Even looking on the first page of threads here in the garage will yeild at least two recent tint threads!

You will only be able to get lifetime warranty on legal limit tint.

optmus i realize you get tired of seeing the same threads over and over but there is no reason to post in every single one about the search feature. if they were going to use it they would have already. threads can be made at no personal cost to you so just let it go.tww management.

Main differences are in the quality of film, and if u dont have a heat gun how it will look on the back window. Pros should have a clean (no dust) shop, and have all the proper equpipment (heat gun), and high quality film.You prob wont...but if u can, and u know what your doin...its up too u

hell, you can buy pre-cut llumar tint at the percentage of light transmission of your choice on ebay for around $20. all you do is stick the shit on there (in layman's terms) and your done.
