without having and drainage and nasty shit like that? Seriously, I have the worst fucking headache right behind my eyes and down by my nose and my teeth are killing me. I don't have any other symptoms of sinusitis though. No drainage or anything to speak of. Anybody know if it could be sinusitis?

Yeah, it's possible. I had a case about 3 years ago where for about two weeks I had no idea what was going on. Non stop headaches with little else going on.

Yes, it's possible for it to be sinusitis BUT be careful...

I had sinus problems all my life and last summer I started getting the same symptoms you had. I figured it was my sinuses because that's what the doctor thought. I had migraines daily so they did $30,000 corrective sinus surgery.

Turns out, I was clenching my teeth at night. Although I had bad sinuses, that wasn't the cause of my pain. Especially since you don't have drainage and you said your teeth hurt...that jumped out at me because most people with sinus problems always have drainage. That should have been a sign to me. Your teeth can hurt from sinuses and your eyes and nose can hurt from clenching. Maybe consult your dentist to get a second opinion and good luck.
