Who would i need to contact if my buddy's band wanted to play on harris field? and what are the regulations on that?

Student Organization Resource Center in Talley on first floor. You'll need an event permit and be sure to check the area that says you will be using amplified sound. They have all the rules/regs there and can give you a copy, same with the forms.

yeah, don't forget the amplifier permit. they love to screw people on that.
