I'm looking to return to school next falland these are the schools i've found so far with the program i'm looking intoUConn App State Louisville GeorgiaVermontUF Texas Tech i think UConn, UF and Louisville are my top 3, and app state is my fall-back schoolUF's program isn't exactly what I'd want, but there would likely be GREAT practical experience associated with the program...where did you go/where are you looking?

if i was to go to law school, which was the original plan, i'm looking at:west coast: Golden Gate University, Gonzaga, Stanford, Berkeley, Univ of Arizona, Univ of Las Vegas, Univ New MexicoNC: Central, and when the time rolls around if Elon and UNC-G have their law schools set up I'd try therebut the odds of me going to law school are very slim right now...i'm sticking with my paralegal studies and getting certified, but i think if i was to go back to school after this/later i'd do something along the lines of social work/rehab therapy/child therapy for children of alcoholics(i just don't have the desire to be a lawyer anymore i don't think...i love what i do now...but, i'm just not sure)[Edited on October 26, 2005 at 3:44 PM. NCSU for Polymer Chem.I applied to UMass, UAkron, USM (the top schools for Polymer Chem) & chose UAkron because they offered the most money. I went for a semester, but hated the city & the school, so I came back to NCSU.[Edited on October 28, 2005 at 11:11 AM. Reason : ]

I applied to Carolina, Wake Forest, Washington & Lee, Campbell, Dickinson, FSU, and UF for law school. Since my LSAT sucked, I only got into my bottom three choices and didn't want to go to any of them.So then I applied to State, Carolina, and Maryland for my MS, and decided to go to State since the program was the least rigid and allowed me to pick a concentration. I've never regretted for a second how things worked out because I'm really happy.I plan to apply to State and Georgia Tech for my PhD after I finish my MS next year.
10/30/2005 2:09:30 AM
Jeez how much did you spend in application fees? I was pissed I had to blow $115 on the GRE...
