Sorry I don't have a transcript - basically Tim Kaine at one point was asked by the press whether he thought that people like Hitler and Mussolini should have been executed. He said that he thinks they should not be part of society, but, being a Catholic, he believes God gives life and God takes it away. Kilgore twisted this a little in a recent shit-slinging ad in his bid for governor.
