I just need to write an applet that will have a button to run the program and then display the results in a textarea (scrollable if possible). I could write this as a GUI in a few mins but I don't know how to do it as an applet. Thanks

Yeah, and everything I could find presupposed that I needed to do something complicated with graphics. I just wanted a way to display my GUI online.
