so everything on my screen that's black just turned all red and pixely...anyone know what that could be? i tried restarting the computer. it went back to normal for a little bit, but then turned red again. the red parts also appear to be a little shaky for some reason. there's some light blue in the white parts too that's doing the same thing.

it's either a faulty connection to the video card (there's ribbon cable-ish connector), or a bad FL Invertor.

it is not the inverter board. when those go, the screen is very dim, like it is not backlit.

could be something on the MB. prolly not the cabling either, those going out is not "common", although it does happen.
