Ive got a 05 RX-8 and I'm in the process of turboing it.. does anyone know of a company that sells Ceramic seals for the renesis rotors that dont require you to machine the rotors to make the apex seal grooves deeper?

Bruce Turrentine is the man you need to talk to. He's a well respected local builder of rotary engines, and he'd know if anybody even makes them at this point. His company is http://rotaryresources.com/ And I think the number is (919) 552-6571 .

I'm curious as to why you want to go ceramic. Obviously a good apex seal is no replacement for good tuning. Are you using an Emanage, or maybe an interceptor-x? While you've got the thing apart you might as well port the exhaust at least.

^ um, what? BTW pettit racing just came out with a bolton supercharger that's supposed to be 60whp. It comes with an ECU, no tuning required. I think it costs $4k.[Edited on October 20, 2005 at 6:32 PM. Reason : supercharger]
