My sister's laptop has 1 PS/2 port but I have a mouse and a keyboard that I would like to use on it. What is the most cost effective way to do this?

could just buy an adapter for either the keyboard or mouse to use with a USB port

I have one sitting right here actually. For the same purpose.

It's a ps2 Y adapter
