Long story short. Cisco won't let me get a copy of the user manual unless i sign a contract. I'm not going to pay them for something that should be free or a modest charge. The only thing they have available is a DVD of thousands of manuals updated monthly. So I'm here hoping someone here who might work for cisco can snag the PDF or a manual for me. I just can't believe they don't offer the fucking manual that COMES with the item online. I've never seen a business like this.

Friend fo mine at Cisco got me the PDF. I completely understand if it was a technical manual telling you how to connect it with other cisco firewalls or other advanced things but all i wanted to know was how to connect and normal means of connecting were being refused or not working.I just screwed up and forgot to use https instead of http. The manual that comes with the product would have solved that issue in 20 seconds. I think Cisco's policy on that is retarded.
