If it's an ncsu list serve you can use the majordomo tool. I dont remember the address off hand, but all ncsu list serves tie in to it and you can manage it that way.

otherwise- there should be instructions at the bottom, or email the person in charge.

how did you get subscribed?
do you know what script/program they're using? mailman maybe?

often if the name of the list where they're sending the messages is say something like tww@lists.ncsu.edu then you can e-mail tww-unsubscribe@lists.ncsu.edu

i subscribed like 2 yrs ago when i was part of the club, but i didnt do it last year or this year so i want them to stop spamming my e-mail
