Just watched the last episode of last season's Boston Legal, involving the death penalty.

That show is usually just comedic value, but can sometime have the inane knack to hit you hard emotionally every once in a while.

Couple of things I remember is Spader depreciating himself to a jury over a barfight, or Shatner reflecting on who the hell Denny Craig is with Spader out on the firm's balcony.

But that last sequence of them executing that guy was one of the more powerful things I've seen on TV in a while.
