Xbox 360?? or PS3???

should I get an xbox 360 or wait for the ps3? I haven't seen a good head to head write up on which will offer the best system? If ps3 will end up being better I *think* i can wait until it comes out. What's everyone's thoughts?

If you have money to burn, and can also buy a PS3 when it comes out, get the 360 now. Otherwise, it would be best to wait to see what Sony and Nintendo have up their sleeves, if you want to get the best for your money. However, you will be waiting for 6 months+.

It is way too early to make a call on the PS3. We don't even know the system's launch lineup or price. Still, I'd eventual pick it up for DMC4, MGS4, and the inevitable Final Fantasy, the same franchises that caused me to pick up a PS2.

Glancing at the 360's release dates on IGN, the launch lineup looks like the same stuff Xbox owners saw on the first system: FPS, PC ports, and racing games. If that's your cup of tea, go for it, but wait for reviews to come out before making the final decision.

Wait a few weeks after the Xbox comes out and read peoples reviews of it. If there is anything you read that you don't like, wait for the PS3 and NRV and see what people have to say about them.
