using student login

error page comes up when trying to go to webmail login page
refresh a couple of times and it works

trying to log in to a different website
refresh doesn't work

i've changed the security settings, turned off popup blocker

why does this computer hate me

That's not bad advice, actually. Installing Firefox for situations like this is almost always easier than debugging IE. It's the only 2 minute fix I can tell you.
