Typical leftwing nonsense. Nevermind that Bush's administration has allocated more funds for flood protection for Louisiana than any other state. It wasn't the federal government's job to make people leave NO and other areas like they were told to. Nor is it Bush's fault that the state of Louisiana and city of NO didn't have a proper plan intact for such an event.

Olbermann failed to note the waste that has even been spent in LA to dredge infrequently used riverways to the tune of 194 million dollars (Landrieu had the Army Corp of Engineers cook the books when they originally suggested that such a project wasn't cost effective) that could have been used for such a catastrophe.
