I saw that one this past weekend. She started getting all bitchy to her grandma when she suggested a (slightly) used car.

Then the party...the Moulin Rouge theme. I swear I want to smack the guests as much as I do the girl. I believe that was the episode with this duck-looking white boy who was like, "LET'S GET THIS PARTY CRUNKED, YO!"

Did you see the one where the kid was a complete dork and had no friends? His dad spent like $200,000 (or maybe much more!) on the party for his dorky son to appear to have friends. When it was over, the father was like, "It was worth it just to spend time with my son."

There is a local band called Alesana who went to Texas recently to play at one of those Sweet 16 parties. I don't know when it is supposed to be on MTV.
