Is it a plastic bumper? If so, you might be able to get up inside it and push it out?

i've tried looking at it, and i dont think that i can get under there and push it out. im probably going to have to take it off. maybe even buy another one because this one is kinda torn.

exacatly, what kinda car is it, what bumper is damanged and where, pics would be nice too. most of the time you can take out the plastic wheel well and get behind it, if it doesnt have the honeycomb stuff inside, but a lot of times if it was a hard hit, most of the little plastic tabs that hold it on break, and they are a bitch to fix yourself
