think about that question hogan is an egomaniac who is past his prime so of course he would never job.

Hogan survived a Sharpshooter, a low blow, a chair shot to the head, the elbow drop, and Sweet Chin Music...and he STILL kicked out. However, when Hogan hits the punches, big boot, and the leg drop, then you can't kick out of that. I did buy your last statement, but considering how many times they had to argue about the finish, I hope that it was worth HBK losing. I think they should have let HBK win, so they could have Hogan win at Survivor Series. It'll be one win a piece, but they won't do that.

Hogan is an immortal figure for the WWF/WWE. I am a big HBK fans myself(back to the days of the Rockers), but I was pulling for Hogan to win. I mean Hogan pretty much refuses to let wrestling go, he's like the Jerry Rice of wrestling. He is going to keep wrestling to prove he can do it, and he's still in really good shape. They need him to retire completely and for good, and when he does, he HAS to go out on top.I liked the Shawn/Hogan debate, Shawn called Hogan out on one of the most over-looked facts about Hogan...his inability to wrestle. I mean no one has more charisma than Hogan or gets a bigger response, he literally was the focal point of the entire industry for several years and one of the reasons it is as popular as it is today. But the fact is, that Hogan has done maybe a handful of actual wrestling moves in his life, he doesn't like heights so he never ventures past the second rope, and he only knows 2 submission moves, a sleeper hold and a bear hug. And as a finisher, the leg drop is kinda weak, but I'll probably never forget it, haha. The "Hulking Up", the irish whip, the BIG boot, and the leg drop for the win. Best finisher set-up there is, nothing beats Hulk Hogan "Hulking Up", haha.

MAN the MCI Center was ROCKING tonight. One absolutely AMAZING show. The whole Jericho/Cena match was awesome with the crowd literally split 50/50, and Eddie Guerrero and Rey Misterio put on the best match i've ever seen live. The Hogan/HBK match was everything I dreamed it could be, with the Immortal winning in the end, and playing to the crowd for a good 20 minutes after the show was over. I got nothin for love for both HBK and Hogan, they're childhood heroes, so it was really cool to see them live.I got a chance to meet the new diva chick, Ashley. She was nice, but you could tell she had no clue what she was doing while interviewing people out back (at the limo entrance). On tv she looks damn fine, but in person, i was less than impressed. It was probably the makeup, she had a thick pancake-batter-like layer of makeup, and for whatever reason, had bruises on her arms and legs (perhaps wrestling training?) She also has a green tattoo right above her ass, which to me is a personal turn off. I'd hit it, but really she aint shit. Stacy Keibler, on the other hand, is an absolute knockout in person, and on-screen.One thing I couldn't believe is that Chris Masters is younger than I am. dude's only 22 years old, but he's gonna be big one day.I dunno, I'm not a big wrestling fan these days, but it was a fun night of revisiting my youth and seeing some of these new blood guys (Cena and Batista). I still think they're relatively talentless compared to the Bret Harts and Mr. Perfects of my day, but they put on a good show.great night

i think everyone on the planet knows that hogan wasnt much for wrestling, hell hes even said that shitits nothing new or refreshingi wish hogan would have booked a loss, i mean Andre did it for him i dont think Hogan has passed the torch yet, but then again if he hasnt done it by now he might as well not do it, and i dont think it should be to HBK in this stage in his career[Edited on August 22, 2005 at 3:18 AM. i dont see how you could want hogan to pass the torch on to hbk. if hes gonna pass the torch it should be to orton or batista

Hogan has tried to pass the torch in the past but it never works. He tried passing it to the Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania 6 and it didn't work, and he tried to give it to the Rock(like seen in a picture above) and then the Rock pretty much leaves the WWE to make movies(good move). All of my favorites have pretty much retired now but a hand few, don't know many of the younger guys so I don't really know who he should pass the torch to.

they are still discussing a match with Hogan and Stone Cold for Wrestlemania 22 a swan song for both wrestlers.

You know when hogan probably finally retires they are going to make him lose to HHH, and it'll probably be for the title, cause in WWE's eyesHHH >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> everyone else
8/22/2005 11:16:22 AM
yes, b/c HHH uses more than 4 wrestling moves.
