i dont want to hinder my Valentine1 detection range, so whats a good NON-metallic tint that would look good on a yellow car. im thinking black tint is the safest way to go ...i dont want that mirrorish looking crap.

^^then plan on paying anywhere from $200-400. i recommend formula1 on spring forest rd. they do the best work however you are gonna pay for it.

from what i gather ceramic is the only way to go if you dont want to mess w/ the radar detector.. and ceramic is like $400

i know a guy that took a bunch of tint samples and went to a supermarket. he said there was not a real noticable difference. but he did end up getting ceramic tint.

why does regular tint effect the range?oh its just talking about laser, just go for tinting[Edited on August 16, 2005 at 11:20 PM. Reason : .]

yeh, its the laser. altho the V1's laser detector is crazy sensitive anyway.. might not be a problem
