I just bought a dvd burner for the primary purpose of making a backup copy of some of the dvd's I own. I just want to have an extra copy of my movies at the beach condo so I don't have to lug a bag full of dvds everytime I go to the beach.

Is there any good software that can copy the raw format of the dvd over, or does that work? I did a search and saw a bunch of stuff about shrinking them and such, so I suppose that is neccesary. So does anyone who know more about this subject have some suggestions on good software to buy or download that can do this?

DVD XCopy but it is banned in the US, you'll have to download it off somewhere.
