The roster req's and stats are still up in the air, give me some input. I'd like to have at least one IDP and maybe a WR/TE or WR/RB instead of 3 WR.

Also, how do you guys feel about playoffs? And we need to decide on a draft date/time. I work until 8ish on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Any other afternoon or evening should be good though.

This is only my second time as commissioner, so suggestions are more than welcome.

Raleigh Raiders (kable333). I do want a playoff system. Any day for the draft is fine. I just don't want the draft to be in the middle of the day on Saturday. I have to move back to campus that day.

Alright I think that we should go with a wr/rb instead of the 3 wr if we maintain the 8 managers we have now. If we get 10 then I dont know that makes a 3 rb system tough. Also I think the field goals need to be changed. To have a 35 yarder be the same as a 15 yard field goal, this just makes drafting a kicker almost useless. I would also like to see the saftey higher than a blocked kick. What is a IDP anyway? but also if you do only one point per 50 yards for passing and -2 for interceptions a qb has to throw for atleast a 200 yards not to have a negative if he throws two interceptions in the NFL thats pretty standard numbers. last year I think in the leauge I was in most things were left standard and it seemed pretty fair. I think the qb should get some points for completing passes and so forth. Thats what I think but really I can make due with whatever people want. (but the kicking needs to be changed). I can draft pretty much anytime hopefully.

FG missed 0-19 yds needs to be no higher than -5.

I'd even say -10.

^IDP is individual defensive player. I'd say two, although there are dozens of them worth drafting, and many more worth having.

Real good IDPs can get you around 130 points on a season before playoffs, which is a little less than 10 points a game. with two of them, it can mean the difference between having london fletcher and ed reed or having levar fisher and corey smith... which can mean the difference between wins and losses. I remember one year, I got at least 3 wins because of my IDPs giving me over 50 points (had 4 of em) and the other person didn't get any points from them.
