I'm looking for a good (preferably free) piece of software to create professional-looking flowcharts. This is also a somewhat complex process, so please noone recommend MS Paint.

Any suggestions?

not free but word will do it. Visio is great/better but also not free.

if you have acess or know someone who has access to the ncsu msdn license system, you can always download viso and or project free.
