what has spurred your desire to see this guy?

i mean, did you catch a snip of him on XM radio or something?

(the comedy station on XM is probably worth the cost of the service alone...)

there use to be a comedy club here in asheville when i was in high school, and every sunday night was student night $5. anyways, i was surprised at how many no name headlining comedians were really really funny. guys i had never heard of before and probably will never hear of again.

Yes, but "funny" and "funny enough to be worth more than $5" are two entirely different things. Scholars set up a deal once where we got to see Mitch Hedberg at Goodnight's for $5...best $5 I've ever spent, would've paid $35 easy.
