Just configured and set up a new Linksys WRT54G router but I can't get my computer to connect to it. I've also tried connecting to other wireless networks in surrounding apartments just to see if that would work but it didn't. Any ideas?

what kind of adapter are you using or do you have a laptop with wirless built in?

Built-in wireless. It's a Thinkpad T43.
