I have an Iomega 250 MB zip drive in my desktop machine that I want to try to rig to work with my laptop. Is there any way to do this?

But does anyone know how to rig it DIY? I'd rather build an enclosure and do the circuitry myself. I can't imaging it being too difficult.

if you find a really simple way to convert ide to USB 2.0 and a power converter.... then yeah its not too difficult.
