Every now and then when you talk, do you find yourself talking like your parents?I've been seeing this more and more for about a year or so. It scares me

my voice is similiar to my dads, growing up when i answered the phone and someone from work was calling, they would think i was him.

Not so much tone of voice, but saying the things they say.

yeah, but it was funny cause they would immediately start talking to me like i was him, not even asking for him.Other than that, not really, my parents are old old old, i hope like hell i dont start saying stuff they talk about. My parents were about the age of my second roommates grandparents, my oldest sister was 3 or 4 years off his moms age.

I remind myself of my Dad at least once or twice a day...... He used to tell me when I was young that he was going to get really smart after I graduated from college. He was right, just didn't understand what he meant then.

No way. Your tits are way better than your dad's.

it does happen, but then one realizes that it's not so bad of a thing.

everyone has confused me with my mom over the phone since i was about 14...so it's not so much sounding like my mom, but i catch myself saying some of her phrases sometimes...but i do things like my dad--like reload the dishwasher to maximize the amount of dirty dishes that go in
