All users who have yet to post. Especially those registered for a while. Some are clones, the rest dont deserve to be apart of our community if they arent going to contribute, and with sooooo many like them the 4220+ "registered" users number is misleading. How about a number of ACTIVE users?

this would seem somewhat reasonable. maybe if someone isn't active for a semester, give them an email warning at the beginning of the next semester. if they're not active (or don't reply saying they want to stay registered) within another month, then delete them.
