Feel free to add any deals you know of. winter is defenitly the worst time to sell a bike but on the other hand there should be plenty of good deals going around

I've been planning to sell my BMW F-650 Dakar for around $5700. I've been too lazy to post ads so I'll probably hang on to it until the spring when the market is better. If anyone knows someone who is looking for one, send them my way. Pics in my gallery.
11/17/2004 12:05:54 PM
^ damn - if it was a 650cs I'd be interested
11/17/2004 12:49:45 PM
The CS is tight, but I wanted a dual-sport. $5700 is in the mid-to-high price range for a Dakar, but mine is in pretty much perfect condition with very low miles. If anyone is looking for a bike like that then mine is definately one of the best ones that they will find. Probably not going to find many college students that are interested, but I know there is a lot of power in networking so I figured I would post it in this thread.
11/17/2004 2:27:25 PM
i've seen a KLR650 in the newspaper for just over a grand if you're looking for a dual-sport
11/17/2004 2:40:35 PM
^ Those things make pretty good touring bikes too. They are pretty comfy and I think they have about a 6.5 gallon fuel tank. They are a little dated though. They haven't changed much over the years.[Edited on November 17, 2004 at 4:57 PM. Reason : s]

it'd be sweet with some 17s and street tires on it.. i was considering it until i got my hands on a hawk[Edited on November 17, 2004 at 9:19 PM. Reason : pics]
