My fall schedule consists of 4 COM classes (240, 250, 441, and 357 I think...), ACC 220 and ENT 201. Seems like an easy schedule to me. But, it starts at 8AM tuesday/thursday and doesn't end until after 6 basically. Is that gonna suck ? Or will the easiness of classes make up for it? Any experience in those classes would also be ideal.

from experience, it doesnt matter if your classes are easy, if your schedule is tough like that you will struggle.

i've had 240, 250 and 441..taking 357 in the fall also..you my friend are gonna have a lot of work to do and 240 and 441 are not easy classes.

Keep in mind that with this schedule you are more than likely going to have lots of tests on the same day. We all know how much professors love to hold tests in the same week. If you only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you could easily get four tests in one day. However, since you will have those extra days off, if you pace yourself and really try, I think it would be possible. But then again I have no experience with those classes so yeah.

you're prob gonna get kicked out of 250 when they find out you haven't taken 240 unless you've made some special arrangement

accounting sucks and so does 240, have fun

oh and if you stay in 250 there is a lot of busy work-- you are pretty much forced to read the textbook

Umm...you can't take 240 AND 250 in the same semester. Just letting you know. Mrs. Stallings, who looks over com schedules will catch it. She's a real a stickler for the rules. You have to take them in order, one semester at a time. But if you end up taking both, good luck!! com 240 is an ok class. took it in summer session 1.

I'm looking into the issue with having both classes this semester. Hoping the teacher will okay it...I'm aware of the test day problems, and I understand the busy work associated with the classes and the given teachers (for those that I know....). Anyway, I'm open to more opinions.

I know some people that have tried to take 240 and 250 at the same time, odds are you're going to get booted out of 250 - they hardly have enough spots for the people who already took 240. Good luck with them all...I've taken all but 441 but a friend took it last semester and she struggled all the way through. You've got a hard semester ahead!
