Would be better to have a field for birth date instead of age... that way your age would update without you having to change it... and birthdays could be listed on the calender automatically or something.

i thought about doing this, but i don't know how willing new users would be to give us their birthdates. i didn't really want to implement it after everyone had registered because people shouldn't be able to change it. i can envision people going in to change it each day to make their birthday on the current day. also, it would be difficult to deal with two systems.

however, i might implement it anyways

^^^^ don't forget also many people will give false information or consider that information irrelevant. I don't mind updating my profile whenever, I don't really think it is every one's business when my birthday is, even though no one would probly care neways.
