I assume you mean adding tags by clicking on the icons. In that case, it works on some browsers, doesn't on others. I don't know what to tell you aside from that. Learn the tags yourself. They're mostly the same as html tags except in brackets.

certain browsers don't support it. mainly netscape and some Mac versions of IE. we don't really care though
